Job summary

3Q Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Director of Nursing (Community) in Dublin City Centre to lead the Housing First Health MDT, delivering strategic clinical governance and operational leadership across outreach and community settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Significant nursing leadership and management experience.
• Strong clinical governance and quality management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed and recovery-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership to the Housing First Health MDT.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Ensure high standards of clinical governance and quality assurance.
• Support service planning, development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote person-centred, trauma-informed and recovery-focused practice.
• Oversee service delivery across outreach, in-reach and community settings.
• Support workforce development, supervision and performance management.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to organisational strategy and quality improvement objectives.
