  • Carrying out internal audits and monitoring their outcomes.

  • Promotion of creative methods.
  • Ensuring that the company's and HIQA's standards, processes, and guidelines are followed.
Requirements
  • Qualified RGN who has provided care for an elderly person for at least three of the previous six years.
  • A post-registration management degree in medicine or a similar discipline.
  • Three years or more of management experience in the health and social care sector.
  • Registered in the relevant NMBI live registration section.
  • Demonstrated success in clinical management in healthcare.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Good decision-making skills and a focus on outcomes.
  • Good understanding of financial matters.
  • The capacity to work independently and inspire oneself and others.
