Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Director, Forma Design Industry Strategy to define the strategy and go-to-market direction for Forma design applications. You will lead a strategy team, partner with product, sales, marketing, customer success, and industry leadership, and evangelize Forma across Autodesk and externally to customers and partners.

You will work across regions, grounding strategy in customer outcomes and market opportunities, and ensure alignment with Autodesk’s broader Industry Cloud vision.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy/go-to-market/product/management consulting with close to AEC exposure.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of AEC workflows and opportunities for digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and go-to-market direction for Forma design applications portfolio.
• Leverage qualitative/quantitative data, AI, and tools to form a clear point of view.
• Guide pricing, packaging, and adoption to demonstrate value across planning, design, and delivery.
• Build briefs and recommendations to help leadership make confident decisions.
• Represent Forma externally with customers, partners, and at industry events.
