Fidelity Investments is seeking a Director Level Software Engineer to craft, build, test and deliver features for Enterprise Digital Experiences. You will mentor developers across the Workplace Investing Digital Platforms Technology team and drive technical strategy and architecture.

Role emphasizes hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities, modern Java/Angular/Spring tech, and a focus on scalable, high-transaction digital applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience as a full stack software engineer.
• Expertise in Java, Angular and Spring.
• Experience delivering high-transaction applications.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript/Angular/Node.
• Service-oriented architecture with Java, Spring and Camel.
• Strong CI/CD and Jenkins familiarity.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop technologists.
• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across multiple agile teams.
• Define tech vision in collaboration with architecture, engineering and product leadership.
• Mentor developers and cultivate next-gen tech leads.
• Lead the design, build and delivery of Fidelity’s digital experiences.
• Guide cross-team governance to ensure platform stability and innovation.
• Drive incremental value delivery aligned to the tech vision.
