Responsibilities
- Lead the Digital Transformation Strategy: Define and execute a roadmap that aligns with business goals and industry trends.
- Translate Business Needs into Tech Solutions: Act as the link between stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that drive value.
- Champion Agile Delivery: Foster a culture of iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Leverage B2C E-commerce insights: Apply best practices from e-commerce to optimise digital platforms, improve user experience and drive business growth.
- Own Data Strategy: Implement robust data governance and leverage insights to inform decision-making.
- Integrate AI & Automation: Identify opportunities for AI/ML to enhance candidate matching, predictive analytics, and process automation.
- Drive Change: Lead cultural and operational change to embed digital-first practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading digital transformation in recruitment, healthcare or related industries.
- Hands on experience optimising online customer journeys, digital sales channels in a B2C e-commerce driving conversion, retention and personalised experiences
- Strong understanding of product management, technology platforms, and data ecosystems from strategy to delivery.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in recruitment, with ability to translate concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast paced environments.
Qualifications (continued)
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Certifications on Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Product Management or Project Management are an advantage
- Exposure to AI, Data Science or Digital Innovation frameworks highly desirable.
