Job summary

Brown Thomas Arnotts is seeking a proactive Digital Studio Assistant to support daily operations across sample management, imagery QC, data reporting and shoot preparation. This fast-paced role provides hands-on experience in e-commerce production and studio workflows within a leading fashion retailer.

You will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient with Excel, and comfortable working with data and systems to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in studio/digital/retail/e-commerce support environments.
• Strong organisation, planning and attention to detail.
• Proven communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with data, reporting and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sample Management System & Session Coordination: ensure deliveries are scannable and sessions are prepared.
• Imagery QC: support daily quality checks and flag issues for remediation.
• Data, Reporting & Analysis: compile studio reports and analyse workflow data.
• Studio Planning & Administration: maintain trackers and production planning.
• SLA & Workflow Management: monitor SLAs and raise bottlenecks with teams.
• General Studio Operations: assist with stock handling, props and sets.
• Creative & E-commerce Shoot Support: assist with shoot logistics and call sheets.
