* THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to drive our digital marketing campaigns and scale our brand’s online reach. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring that every dollar spent generates maximum return.

* Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute high-performing Facebook Ads campaigns for brand awareness and sales.
2. Research and analyze target audiences, market trends, and competitors to refine ad strategies.
3. Write engaging, conversion-focused ad copy and collaborate with the design team on visuals.
4. Set up and manage Facebook Pixel tracking, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI.
6. Generate insightful reports and suggest data-driven improvements to increase ad efficiency.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong expertise in audience targeting, conversion tracking, retargeting, and ad funnel optimization.
• Ability to analyze data-driven insights and make informed adjustments to improve performance.
