Salary from: €49K to €85KOTE

Are you a results-driven professional with experience in Digital Marketing & Sales? We're hiring for several exciting roles in partnership with a leading global social media company! Join a fast-paced, innovative environment with great perks and growth opportunities.

Available Positions:

Agency New Business – Digital Marketing (German)

€34,000 base + €15,000 bonus = €49K OTE

Focus: Acquire new independent agencies, identify key verticals, and build strategic outreach plans to unlock high-value business opportunities (1+ year exp.).

Agency Account Manager – Big 6(German | French)

€34,000 base + €15,000 bonus = €49K OTE

Focus: Manage top-tier agency portfolios, retain and grow revenue, and offer strategic support to maximize digital advertising impact (1+ year exp.).

Account Manager (French)

€38,000 base + €15,000 bonus = €53K OTE

Focus: As an Account Manager, you'll manage a large portfolio of clients, drive revenue growth, optimize campaigns, and build strong relationships through strategic insights and collaboration (2+ year exp.).

Business Development Representative - Agency Team (German | French)

€40,000 base + €15,000 bonus = €55K OTE

Focus: Drive rollout of advanced digital marketing strategies for European clients, optimize campaigns, and support long-term growth (3+ year exp.).

Sales Team Lead (French)

€55,000 base + €25,000 bonus = €80K OTE

Focus: Lead and inspire a multilingual sales team managing digital marketing agencies on Pinterest. Drive performance, coach talent, and deliver revenue growth by optimizing strategies and ensuring exceptional client outcomes in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. (5+ year exp.).

Strategic Sales Manager – Agency Team

€60,000 base + €25,000 bonus = €85K OTE

Focus: Lead strategic planning and acquisition of independent agencies, conduct in-depth consultations, and develop tailored solutions using advertising insights and performance metrics (5+ year exp.).

What You Need to Know:

Contract: 1 year (potential to extend)

Location: Dublin 3 (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Eligibility: Candidates must be based in Ireland

Bonus: Quarterly performance-based incentives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Fluent in German, French, Swedish, or Danish

1–3+ years in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Account Management

Experience working with agencies or in AdTech platforms (Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)

CRM savvy (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Pitchbook, Lusha etc.)

A natural communicator and relationship builder

Strategic thinker with a hunter mindset & passion for performance
