Job summary

Cpl Group, Dublin-based, is seeking a Digital Marketing – Agency Existing Business specialist (Dutch speaking) to drive growth across Europe. You will work hybrid in Dublin 4, managing high-priority agencies, analysing performance, and leveraging our platform for client success.

The role targets growth in advertising campaigns across major networks, with potential for extension after 12 months. A background in digital marketing and CRM familiarity is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent).
• Native Dutch language proficiency.
• Experience in digital marketing agencies or agency sales/account management preferred.
• Knowledge of latest online marketing trends and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-facing experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Office/G-Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow and optimise an existing book of business with an Agency Account Manager.

About the Role

Our client — a leading global professional services company — has an opportunity for a Digital Marketing – Agency Existing Business specialist to help drive the rollout of a unique digital marketing advertising solution across the European market. Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the growth and optimisation of an existing book of business, working alongside an Agency Account Manager to drive success for high-priority digital marketing agencies
• Manage a growing book of business to achieve revenue targets quarter after quarter, using the platform's core products as leverage for advertiser and brand growth
• Analyse and track advertiser performance, providing insight and detail to agency partners to demonstrate value and support

Requirements

Essential

• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent)
• Dutch language – native level

Preferred

• Around 1 year's experience in digital marketing agencies — managing campaigns on any online ad platform (X, Meta, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.) and/or agency experience in sales or account management
• Knowledge of the latest trends in online marketing
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience interfacing directly with clients
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, plus Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools
• A collaborative team player with the ability to learn on the fly and get things done
• Deadline-oriented

Package

• Location: Dublin 4 (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
• Contract: 12-month contract, with chance to be extended
• Salary: €38,940 base + OTE 20-40% of base salary
