About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Account Executive to join our Dublin-based team, supporting clients in the German market.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative digital advertising program that helps agencies and brands build awareness, drive sales, and engage audiences through leading social media and marketing solutions.

You'll play a key role in managing and growing an existing portfolio of agency clients, ensuring outstanding performance and helping them achieve their business goals.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of German-speaking agency clients, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Optimise campaign performance and identify new opportunities for client growth through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly revenue and performance targets.
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations that demonstrate campaign impact and value to agency partners.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to help clients succeed.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or advertising - managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, or X (Twitter).
  • Or, 1 year of experience in an agency sales or account management role.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing trends and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
  • A team player with a proactive, adaptable mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Deadline-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
