About the Role

This role is part of our flexible work model, allowing a mix of 50% onsite and 50% remote work if you are located near our office locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers for our products aimed at the office of the CFO and CHRO.
  • Sell the company's products, systems, and/or services via telephone or electronic means to existing customers in the assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
  • Close sales on products, systems, and/or services.
  • Generate prospective customers through cold calling and follow up with sales leads, using multichannel, inbound, and/or outbound sales activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and the company's competitive posture, and prepare activity and forecast reports as needed.
  • Have thorough knowledge of company products, systems, and services.
  • Guide customers to websites or other resources for information.
  • Act as the sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, or products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
  • Represent the company in all sales-oriented activities.
About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales closing experience.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience in consultative and collaborative selling and closing.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Experience selling to offices of the CHRO or CFO, such as workforce/financial planning, HCM, or sourcing/procurement solutions, is required.

Other Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience; MA/MS preferred.
  • Motivated to reach quotas and overperform.
