Job summary

Cbase Inc in Ireland is seeking a DevOps Lead to define and own our DevOps strategy across the organisation, bridging development, operations, and quality in a regulated manufacturing environment, with MES as initial priority.

You will design and drive CI/CD pipelines, manage toolchain, IaC, and environment promotion, working with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliant, scalable deployment across development, test, and production.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DevOps in enterprise software programmes.
• Strong CI/CD tooling experience (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• IaC and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible).
• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of MES, GxP, CSV, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own DevOps strategy and toolchain across the organisation.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for MES deployments across environments.
• Own infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and release management.
• Define branching strategies, code reviews, and change control in a regulated setting.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on architecture and automation.
