PepsiCo seeks a Brand Design Director to lead global brand design projects for their renowned beverages. Responsibilities include managing design assets, developing brand identity, and ensuring creative excellence across the Flavors portfolio. This role requires deep brand design experience, collaboration with multiple teams, and a passion for contemporary culture.
In 2019, we relocated our Global Beverages business to Dublin Ireland; bringing together an integrated team of Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Design, Strategy, Franchise, Commercialisation, Communications, HR and Finance experts in once centralized international hub.
As we continue to add great talent to our PepsiCo family, we are looking for a Brand Design Director to work on our globally renowned brand Pepsi. Working across both the Hydration and Flavours portfolios: Gatorade, Revive, 7Up and Mirinda, this is an opportunity to work on a brand that is fueled by culture, music, football and entertainment.

The Brand Design Director is a design leader responsible for the management and execution of comprehensive brand and graphic design projects within the International Beverages group.Successful candidates will demonstrate superior ability to inspire and engage cross-functional teams, and drive from ideation to execution quality brand design solutions, directly executing them or working with external partners.
The main objective of this role is to execute major brand design projects across the global Flavors beverage portfolio (7UP and Mirinda). This means planning, organizing, and implementing consistent design principles and production processes to ensure that the design/production guardrails are met, and creative excellence achieved.
