Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum Level 8 degree in Social Care and 3 years' experience working in a social care role with young people
  • OR Level 7 in Social Care plus a relevant management qualification and 3 years' experience in a social care role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower others
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, problem-solving skills, empathy, and maturity
  • Valid full driving license prior to employment commencement
