Responsible for leading a team in providing therapeutic care for young people aged 15-17, you will support the Manager in delivering effective supervision and leadership. Your background as a CORU registered Social Care Worker with experience in management is essential.

This role involves engaging with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the health and welfare of residents, and maintaining adherence to national standards for children's residential centres.

Competenze

• CORU registered Social Care Worker.
• Minimum of 3 years full-time experience in social care with children/young persons.
• Previous management experience.
