Job Opportunity: Deputy Head of Actuarial Function

MERJE is working with a Non-Life Insurance client to find a Qualified Actuary to join as Deputy Head of Actuarial Function.

This role offers a clear pathway to progress to Head of Actuarial in the near future. We are seeking candidates who aspire to reach that level within the next few years.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all major actuarial concepts within the Non-Life sector, with a particular focus on Reserving. Candidates from a consultancy background in P&C insurance are also highly suitable.

As a senior professional, you must demonstrate the ability to lead the actuarial team and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders, regulators, and other departments.

Applicants must be Qualified and either based in or eligible to work in Ireland. The role offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
