Job summary

BWG Foods in Ireland is seeking a Team Leader for a permanent full-time depot role. You will lead a depot team, drive stock availability and process improvements while managing supplier relationships. Flexibility in hours and days is required, and experience in replenishment is desirable to support ongoing efficiency.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills to maintain smooth operations across the buying and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a warehouse or depot setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and supplier contacts.
• Experience in replenishment or stock flow is desirable.
• Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders to secure the best outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver optimal product availability through continuous improvements with suppliers.
• Manage daily relationship with inbound suppliers.
• Monitor stock variances and ensure accurate stock records.
• Lead and develop the designated depot team.
• Collaborate with buying to ensure efficient operation of the division.
• Coordinate product flow changes for seasonal adjustments.
• Update bin locations and maintain key stock holdings.
• Perform other duties as directed by the line Manager.
• Show flexibility around hours and days as required.
