Job summary

State Street Corporation in Kilkenny invites a candidate to gain experience in Depositary Oversight within the Depositary Client Reporting Team. The role reports to a Senior Associate or Officer and values strong IT skills, particularly Excel, with prior industry experience advantageous.

The ideal candidate holds a primary degree, shows exceptional attention to detail, can work under pressure, and communicates clearly. Being highly computer literate and a team player will help you succeed.

Who are we looking for? This position offers the selected candidate the chance to gain experience in all areas of Depositary Oversight.

The role reports to a Senior Associate or Officer in the Depositary Client Reporting Team. Previous experience in the industry would be a distinct advantage in addition to strong technical IT skills.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Supervision of team members in their review of reports to ensure client reporting prepared is accurate.

• Understanding the details of the reporting provided to ensure it meets our clients' needs.

What We Value:

• A good understanding of the regulatory framework for Funds (UCITS/Non-UCITS/AIFMD) would be an advantage.
• Relevant industry experience (not necessarily within a Trustee/Depositary role).
• Strong Excel/Word skills.
• Experience in reviewing others work.
