Role

We are looking for an experienced Deployment Technician to join our team for an upcoming project in the counties of Donegal, Mayo, Sligo, Roscommon, and Galway.

About the Project

This project involves replacing all technical equipment in the offices of an Irish government institution. It’s a contract-based role lasting 5 – 7 months, with a part-time schedule (10 – 15 working days per month). You’ll need access to your own car for daily travel.

Requirements
  • Experience in hardware setup or basic IT support
  • Formal PC hardware service training or similar certifications
  • Valid driving license
  • Proficiency in desktop support and current Windows operating systems
  • Attention to detail and task completion
Duties
  • Travel to customer sites (you must be comfortable traveling daily)
  • Uninstall old tech devices (e.g., PCs, laptops, printers, etc.)
  • Install and set up new devices
  • Ensure all devices are properly connected and functioning
  • Perform basic testing to confirm successful deployment
  • Follow a checklist
