Overview

We are looking to add an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out in-clinic consultations in our Wexford and Waterford clinics for patients interested in new dentures, implants, dental treatments and finance options.
  • Work on our Nursing home sign ups for our mobile dental service.
  • Demonstrate strong sales closing and follow up skills; understand the importance of thorough follow up communications and delivering on set targets.
  • Provide amazing communication, compassion and patient care for all patients to purchase treatment plans, aiming to improve quality of life through dental and denture treatments.
Qualifications
  • Passion for sales with a proven track record of a high sales conversion rate; self-motivated and able to deliver on brand.
  • Knowledge of tracking consultation outcomes to ensure successful follow ups, ability to build rapport and empathise with patients, and maximize patient flow post-consultation.
  • Ideally from a Dental / Aesthetic / Medical clinic background, but not essential.
  • Process and target driven with KPI tracking experience; maintains a positive attitude and upholds honesty and integrity as top values.
  • Ability to learn/adapt quickly and contribute to new opportunities to achieve targets.
