Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support

• Chairside assistance during dental procedures.
• Prepare surgeries, instruments and materials.
• Support dentists and other clinical staff throughout appointments.

Patient Care

• Welcome and reassure patients.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Support patients before, during and after treatment.

Infection Control

• Follow practice infection prevention and control procedures.
• Clean, disinfect and sterilise instruments correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised clinical environment.

Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Follow practice policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR requirements.
• Monitor clinical stock and report shortages.
