Qualifications

• Two+ years of elder care experience.
• EU citizenship or valid Irish work permit (Stamp 4/Stamp 1G or equivalent).
• Degree in nursing, allied health, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Support activities of daily living (washing, toileting, dressing, meals, mobility).
• Respect privacy, dignity and promote independence.
• Follow individual care plans and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in line with health and safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Encourage participation in activities to enhance wellbeing.
