Job summary

Impact Engineering Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Lead DeltaV Engineer to oversee the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Emerson DeltaV DCS across manufacturing operations. You will lead a team of automation engineers, serving as the site SME for DeltaV systems and collaborating with operations, quality, validation, and global technology teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 7+ years in process automation with DeltaV DCS in regulated

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar.
7+ years of experience in process automation with DeltaV DCS in regulated manufacturing.
Proven experience leading teams and managing technical staff.
Strong understanding of cGMPs, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and computer system validation.
Hands-on experience with batch automation and S88 standards.

Responsibilities

Serve as the site SME for Emerson DeltaV DCS platforms, ensuring system integrity and availability.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analyses, and corrective actions for automation issues.
Design and implement process control strategies to support manufacturing, tech transfers, and continuous improvement.
Ensure regulatory compliance for all DeltaV automation activities.
