Job summary

4jMarte Industrial Automation Limited is seeking an Emerson DeltaV BATCH - Syncade ME Engineer for a full-time, hybrid role supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing. You will design batch control strategies and ME workflows, develop batch recipes, and ensure DeltaV/Syncade integration with site systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with DeltaV batch configuration, Syncade ME, and knowledge of GMP/CSV/CSA, IQ/OQ/PQ, and change control.

Qualifications

Electrical engineering fundamentals applied to industrial automation and control systems.
Experience with power distribution and power systems in manufacturing.
Hands-on DeltaV batch configuration and Syncade ME (or similar MES).
Knowledge of GMP, CSV/CSA, IQ/OQ/PQ and change control processes.
Experience in commissioning, qualification, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation/OT systems.
Ability to read P&IDs and electrical schematics and produce clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement DeltaV batch control strategies and Syncade ME workflows.
Develop and maintain batch recipes, equipment modules, phases, and electronic work instructions.
Integrate DeltaV and Syncade with plant systems and ensure GMP/compliance.
Troubleshoot automation issues; support CQV activities and system migrations.
Collaborate with process engineers, QA, operations, and IT/OT teams; contribute to continuous improvement.
