Job summary

Cambrex Corp. in Waterford seeks a full-time Transport & Operations Coordinator to manage deliveries to and from Q1 Scientific client sites across Ireland. You will coordinate sample management, support operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality guidelines.

The role requires a full clean driving licence, SOP experience in regulated environments, and the ability to maintain quality documentation. Working hours are 8:30 to 17:00, with occasional outside-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified driver with experience.
• Experience working to SOPs in a regulated environment.
• Previous experience in picking and packing materials.
• Experience using an inventory management system.
• The ability to complete quality documentation/reports.
• A full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries to Q1 Scientific, highlight anomalies, ensure secure, timely storage.
• Retrieve, pack and deliver samples back to customers.
• Perform daily checks on stability cabinets/room conditions.
• Complete equipment calibrations, temperature and humidity mapping (training provided).
• Ensure the facility and equipment maintenance schedules follow the QMS.
• Provide general admin support and liaise with external consultants and contractors.
• Collecting, loading, delivery and return of samples to customer sites across Ireland.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure paperwork is correct for each delivery.
• Drive company vehicle safely in compliance with policies.
• Meet quality standards per QMS and cGMP.
• Review documents for compliance and completeness.
