Job summary

Centra Ballinrobe is seeking a Deli Supervisor to ensure efficient deli operations, superb product quality and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of fresh food supervisory experience, HACCP training, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Role includes rostering, budgeting, and planogram implementation, with a focus on minimizing waste and driving fresh food innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year€,, fresh food supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a role with strong exposure to fresh food.
• Fully trained in HACCP and food safety, and has experience in meeting the HACCP and food safety requirements.
• Experience in ordering for deli departments and managing waste within a fresh food department.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Numerical skills.
• Ability to roster and adhere to budgets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a true passion for the food industry and as such be creative and innovative with the fresh offering.

About The Locality

Five dayweek 35 to 40 hours. We're looking for some availablity for weekend work to ensure standards are kept up but primarily Monday to Friday.
