We are seeking an experienced Deli professional to join our team at MACE Carnaross. This is a full-time position in our brand new store, offering an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the food industry.

As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our deli operations, including ordering of stock, managing staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will have the opportunity to create and implement new menu items, as well as develop strategies to increase deli sales.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a deli or food service management role, with a strong understanding of food preparation, inventory management, and customer relations. You should be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
