Gourmet Food Parlour in Santry, Co. Dublin, invites applications for a Deli Assistant in our Catering Kitchen. You will rotate across stations, assist in preparation and service, and help maintain GFP standards in a busy hospitality setting.

The role emphasises reliability, teamwork and a willingness to learn. Candidates should be punctual, organized and able to work calmly under pressure. Full-time, on-site position with training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of all food items to GFP standards.
• Ensure designated section preparation is complete and per catering quotes.
• Maintain stock control and waste management.
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
• Execute deli preparation quickly and to a high standard.
• Keep designated section clean and organised.
• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver quality food.
• Stay proactive, improve skills and performance.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations; perform other duties as assigned.
