Job summary

Supermacs is seeking a Deli Assistant for Macs Place Deli at Kinnegad Plaza. You will support the Deli Manager with food preparation and cooking, while delivering front-of-house service in a fast-paced environment.

HACCP and food hygiene awareness are desirable, with a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and weekdays, in a busy Kinnegad location, with opportunities to develop skills in deli operations within Macs Place

Qualifications

• Experience in deli food preparation is desirable.

We are currently looking for fully flexible Deli Assistants for Macs Place Deli in Kinnegad. Applicants must be available to work both on weekends and weekdays.

JOB TITLE: Deli Assistant - Macs Place Deli - Kinnegad Plaza

As a Deli Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Deli Manager in preparing and making good food in the deli. The role consists of front-of-house service and cooking. General knowledge of deli operations is preferred but not essential. Possessing similar experience would be an advantage, along with experience in a fast-paced, busy working environment. Experience of HACCP and Food Hygiene is desirable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work as part of the team to ensure fresh, quality food at all times in the deli area.
• Prepare and cook food to a high standard.
• Follow appropriate HACCP guidelines
• Follow in-house processes and procedures as directed.
• Provide excellent service to customers
• Ensure your work area is clean and tidy at all times
• Work as part of a team to ensure a professional and well-presented deli at all times.
