Job summary

Darwin Hawkins in Dublin seeks an senior Debt Advisory professional to lead large debt advisory transactions from engagement to completion. You will advise clients on structuring, fundraising and refinancing while influencing deal outcomes and market relationships.

The role offers leadership responsibility, transaction exposure and opportunities to shape the growth of the debt advisory practice within a major professional services firm.

Qualifications

• Experience within a bank, non-bank institution or debt advisory firm.
• Track record of originating and executing transactions.
• Strong debt structuring, credit analysis and financial modelling experience.
• Experience negotiating term sheets and transaction documentation.
• Experience managing junior team members.
• An interest in business development and building market relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead debt advisory transactions from initial engagement through to completion.
• Advise clients on debt structuring, fundraising, refinancing and restructuring.
• Undertake financial modelling, credit analysis and scenario analysis.
• Manage transaction processes, presentations and client communications.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support transaction documentation.
• Business development – support deal origination and wider activities.
