This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated chef seeking a daytime role with a great work-life balance, while still developing their skills within a professional kitchen.

The Daytime Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards while working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team. This role offers daytime hours, making it ideal for an experienced chef looking to further their career in a supportive and structured environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant’s standards.

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen.

  • Ensure food is prepared efficiently and presented consistently.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.

  • Comply with HACCP, health, and food safety standards.

  • Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimising food wastage.

  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment.

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.

  • Ability to work efficiently during busy service while maintaining standards.

  • Team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
