DAY CENTRE MANAGER

TRAINING ENTERPRISE AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, LIMERICK

PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (35 Hours Per Week)

Salary: €59,419 - €77,243* (LSI)

  • Salary subject to relevant public sector experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential

  • Hold a recognised 3rd Level qualification in a health/social care or Nursing division.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a comparable organisation.
  • Have completed a recognised management programme.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team, resources, and delivering services.
  • Experience supporting people to integrate into their community.
  • Hold a full Clean Driving License.
  • Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of the DOCDSS competency framework.

Desirable

  • Committed to working with families, advocates, and MDT members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in managing change.
  • Familiarity with the New Directions policy and its implementation.
  • Excellent computer skills.
