Qualifications

• 2+ years in data science or advanced analytics
• Degree in a quantitative field
• Strong SQL and Python with ML model experience
• Experience with statistics, regression, clustering, and A/B testing
• Experience with experimental design and uplift modeling
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Responsibilities

• Understand iGaming ecosystem for Sportsbook and Casino
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Sports and Casino units
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to implement scalable solutions
• Develop and refine automated personalization and promotion engines
• Maintain Lifetime Value models for player segmentation and marketing efficiency
• Stay current on ML trends and competitive shifts in the industry
