Job summary

DOCOsoft Ltd. is seeking a Data Migration Engineer to own end-to-end customer data migrations into the Vew platform.

You will analyse databases, design migrations, write SQL, and develop C#/.NET tooling, while working closely with customers and engineering teams to ensure data quality and successful production cutovers. The role emphasizes repeatable, auditable migrations, data transformation and validation, with a strong focus on tooling improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in database engineering, software engineering or data migration with production migrations.
• Expert SQL/T-SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Strong C#/.NET development and migration tooling experience.
• Experience with Azure, APIs and common data exchange formats (JSON/CSV/XML).

Responsibilities

• Own analysis, design, execution and validation of customer data migrations into Vew.
• Analyse databases, schemas and legacy systems; lead data discovery and mapping.
• Design migration approaches and validation strategies aligned with the Vew data model.
• Write and optimise complex SQL to extract, transform and reconcile data.
• Develop and enhance C#/.NET migration tooling and automation.
• Plan repeatable migrations, production cutovers and post-migration reconciliation.
• Diagnose data quality issues and migration failures; resolve discrepancies.
• Act as technical migration contact for customers and internal teams.
• Improve tooling, components, automation and standard migration practices.
