• Advanced data visualization with BI dashboards experience.
• Strong technical writing skills for clear documentation.
• Advanced data fluency with large diverse data sets.
• Knowledge of Jira and dashboard creation for progress reporting.
• Experience balancing customer demands with team capacity to manage backlog.

• Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate complex requirements into structured technical solutions leveraging analytics.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate on architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices to solutions.
• Conduct office hours to answer customer questions.
• Review new customer demands for backlog prioritization.
• Support sprint planning with a healthy backlog of User Stories.
