Job summary

Bleeper is hiring a Business Analyst to join our Dublin team at two premises: Merchants House, Merchants Quay, Dublin D08 K3KD, and Bond House, Lower Bridge Street, Dublin 8. This role supports planning, inventory and operational decision-making with data-driven insights.

You will analyse operational and inventory data, prepare internal reports, assist forecasting, and collaborate with operations, logistics, procurement, and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, operations or inventory support.
• Ability to analyse data and prepare structured management reports.
• Proficient with Excel and internal business systems.
• Understanding of operational workflows and processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and analytically.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational, inventory, and business data to support planning.
• Monitor stock movement, material usage, and performance indicators.
• Prepare internal management reports on performance, efficiency and costs.
• Support forecasting and planning using historical data.
• Liaise with operations, logistics, procurement and finance to gather requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and inventory systems.
