Job summary

MCS Group is exclusively working with a client on a major transformation programme in Dublin, seeking an experienced Data Delivery Lead to bridge business stakeholders, data architects and delivery teams from discovery to delivery.

The role is a high-profile, client-facing position with an initial 12-month day-rate contract and long-term potential, focusing on data transformation, CIS implementation and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale data transformation or migration programmes.
• Exceptional senior client stakeholder management skills.
• Strong data architecture experience and the ability to work credibly with technical teams.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong experience across enterprise data migration, data quality and governance.
• Previous CIS implementation experience is essential.
• Comfortable managing complex delivery across internal teams, third parties and offshore resource.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across a complex data transformation and CIS implementation.
