Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a mission critical and/or power generation environment.
• Good IT literacy and ability to write and develop documents, SOPs/EOPs.
• Understanding of CMMS is desirable.
• Understanding of LOTO practices, hazardous energy and permit systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client equipment in a mission critical environment and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Prioritise and respond to event notifications, following established procedures to rectify issues.
• Maintain accurate records in the monitoring tool and asset management system.
• Ensure thorough handovers between shift teams to maintain safe operations.
• Work within an SLA-driven team environment and produce asset availability reports.
