Job summary

Fluor in Dublin is seeking a Risk Manager to support a major Data Centre project in North Dublin on a 12-month contract with on-site work.

You will lead risk management activities, deliver workshops, maintain the risk register, and ensure timely reporting to the client, with emphasis on Monte Carlo analyses and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Engineering/Construction degree and 10+ years of risk experience; certifications such as RICS/PMI/APM are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on risk management experience on complex projects.
• Proven track record in risk for large-scale initiatives.
• Experience with global construction standards and data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison for all project risk matters.
• Deliver training and run risk workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Keep the client informed with updates on risk and issues.
• Share insights with controls and systems teams on tools and procedures.
• Create and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan.
• Maintain a comprehensive risk register with proper categorization.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses (Monte Carlo).
• Ensure real-time accuracy of risk data on site conditions.
• Coordinate with Cost Management to align monthly CRAs.
• Foster a proactive risk culture across teams.
