Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in Dublin is seeking a CSA Engineer (Envelope) to lead envelope and facade engineering for a major data centre project in Dublin 15. You will perform structural calculations and FEA for envelope elements, specify materials and systems, and coordinate envelope interfaces with structure, architecture and MEP.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of building envelope/facade engineering experience.
• Experience with structural calculations and FEA is essential.
• Chartered status is preferred; data centre or large-project experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead envelope and facade engineering for the project.
• Carry out structural calculations and FEA for envelope elements.
• Specify envelope materials and systems for the project.
• Review subcontractor designs, drawings and submittals.
• Coordinate envelope interfaces with structure, architecture and MEP.
• Support site teams with technical queries and inspections.
