Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. in Dublin is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead electrical building services works on major data centre projects. This site‑based role requires coordinating technical delivery, safety and quality across the package.

You will manage communications with clients, sequence electrical installations, prepare technical documentation and support testing, commissioning and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar electrical package management role within construction contracting.
• Experience delivering electrical packages on data centre or mission‑critical projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate electrical installations to project specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate sequencing of containment, cabling, power systems and electrical services to meet milestones.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments and technical documentation for construction activities.
• Monitor four‑week look‑ahead programme and manage subcontracts, suppliers and vendors.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities to ensure project completion.
