Job summary

E‑Frontiers is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to support the site EHS management system for a live data centre construction project in Ireland. You will work closely with project management, contractors and the EHS team to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

You will conduct site inspections, lead toolbox talks, assist risk assessments and help deliver safety inductions while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as EHS/HSE/Safety Coordinator in data centre, construction or high-risk environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
• Experience conducting site inspections and safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Support the EHS Manager in implementing the site EHS management system.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and behavioural safety observations.
• Identify hazards and unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Assist with risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
• Monitor compliance with site rules, permit-to-work systems and client EHS requirements.
• Support incident investigations and safety reporting.
• Assist with toolbox talks, safety briefings and EHS inductions.
