Job summary

Exyte is seeking a CSA Site Manager to lead construction scope coordination for a large hi-tech project. The role requires ensuring safety, defining CSA objectives, and serving as the main contact with CSA subcontractors.

You will collaborate with design teams and oversee site logistics, set-up of site facilities, and progress documentation. Ideal candidates hold a BSc in Construction Management/Engineering, with 5–10 years of construction experience and proven track record managing at least

Qualifications

• BSc in Construction Management/Engineering preferred
• 5–10 years construction experience
• Experience managing minimum €10m of scope on a single project

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all project safety requirements are met and adhered to.
• Define the CSA objectives (safety, scope, schedule, site management, quality, sub-contractor change control, logistics, site coordination).
• Main point of contact for CSA subcontractor site management and involvement in subcontractor selection and procurement.
• Client-facing as required and maintain good relationships with Client’s onsite personnel and Representatives.
• Support other team members and engage in coordination exercises.
• Collaborate with the design team and advise on buildability and suitability of design solutions.
• Conclude a project to Client’s satisfaction including snagging, commissioning, validation and room readiness.
• Familiar with and fulfil all Company procedures.
• Set up site cabins and welfare, ensure utilities connected, keep site tidy to standard.
