Job summary

Amundi Ireland Limited in Dublin seeks a Client Services professional to support our outsourced technology and service provision for investment funds and asset management clients. You will ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality support in Data and BI, driving adoption, and enabling our clients to reach their objectives on the platform.

You will work with the Client Success and Relationship teams to manage incidents, deployments, and change requests, and you will translate

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client service in outsourced Tech/Service setups in investment funds or asset management.
• Knowledge of Data and BI to support client objectives.
• Understanding of front-to-back investment value chain and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for client queries, providing first-line support and managing tickets through to resolution in line with SLAs.
• Prioritise and coordinate case handling in line with CSM guidance, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout.
• Support the delivery of client change requests and business deployments by coordinating with internal teams.
• Manage client communication during incidents, maintenance, and service disruptions.
• Gather business requirements for change requests and elevate to the Client Success Manager and Relationship Manager as needed.
