Talon Outdoor in Ireland is seeking a Data Analyst to support the measurement and optimisation of media campaigns by transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
You will analyse programmatic bid-stream activity, identify audience trends, and contribute to predictive models that guide inventory and campaign performance. Collaborating with planners and effectiveness teams, you will translate data into clear visuals and actionable recommendations.
At Talon, our mission is to unlock the full potential of out of home, making it more effective, creative, measurable and sustainable than ever.
We’re passionate about OOH and are on a mission to drive the growth of this sector within the media industry. In just over a decade, our desire to offer intelligent, creative, technology-led OOH solutions and a full-service OOH offering saw us grow into a team of over 450+ people located in key cities across the globe. In that time, we have been awarded for our approach to our people, our clients and our industry. We hire the finest talent to help us unlock the full potential of the Out of Home (OOH) environment for our clients; and pride ourselves on the individuals who represent our business.
As a Data Analyst, you’ll support the measurement and optimisation of media campaigns by transforming
raw data from multiple platforms into meaningful insights. You will help uncover audience trends,
analyse programmatic bid-stream activity, and contribute to models that guide inventory selection and
campaign performance forecasting. This role is ideal for someone who loves to spot patterns within
large datasets, using data to solve business challenges, learning how media and audience behaviour
intersect and how media performance is measured across digital and traditional channels.
No two days are the same in this role. You might start the morning uncovering audience trends and insights to support a client pitch, before diving into programmatic data to understand inventory performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Throughout the day, you'll work with large datasets, cleaning and analysing information from a range of internal and third-party sources to spot patterns, answer business questions, and support data-driven decision making. You'll help measure campaign performance, contribute to the development of predictive models, and evaluate the quality of data provided by external partners.
Collaboration is a big part of the role. You'll regularly work alongside planners, strategists, programmatic specialists, and effectiveness teams, translating complex data into clear visualisations, presentations, and actionable insights that help clients and colleagues make smarter decisions.
“ The best thing about working at Talon is the space, time and expertise I’ve been given over the years to grow and develop my skills.” Client Director at Talon
