Job DescriptionThe role involves sourcing and producing data and MI to support product, remediation, and data integrity processes. Activities include regular reporting and ad hoc analysis, interpreting results for senior stakeholders, and developing understanding of core system data, especially interest charging, rate changes, and balance movements.
The analyst will build influential relationships across the organization and contribute to data quality and remediation activities. The role offers career progression within an expanding European financial services business. It is based at our Dublin office with home working options.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying data quality issues and delivering analysis quickly
- Supporting data remediation and process improvement
- Collaborating with project teams on data dependencies and sensitivities
- Documenting analysis and remediation steps
- Ensuring data security and confidentiality
- Preparing portfolio rate change proposals and reports
- Managing out-of-hours activities as needed
- Engaging with stakeholders including senior management
Qualifications- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Team player with mortgage & loan knowledge
- Intermediate SQL, familiarity with Snowflake & Python beneficial
- Expert-level Excel skills
- Degree in a relevant quantitative field or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and process improvement
- Experience managing data, gathering requirements, testing, and reporting
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
