Job summary

Grasstec Group in Ireland seeks an experienced Dairy Farm Manager to lead a large, grass-based dairy enterprise in Munster. You will manage the day-to-day farm operations and strive to improve overall farm performance within a high-performing system.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large dairy herds, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive results. A modern family house and a work vehicle are provided, with a salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with large dairy herds in Ireland or abroad.
• Proven experience within grass-based grazing dairy systems.
• Strong leadership ability with experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to make clear decisions and solve problems effectively under pressure.

• Manage day-to-day running of the farm while maintaining high standards.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive farm performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure efficient grass-based grazing management and herd welfare.
