Job summary

Codec is hiring a Consultant D365 Functional Business Analyst in Dublin. You will bridge business needs with Dynamics 365 capabilities, elicit requirements, and design efficient solutions for successful implementation and adoption.

You will lead rapid prototyping, facilitate workshops, and ensure alignment with project goals while collaborating with stakeholders and the delivery team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading workshops and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid prototyping and prescribe solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to establish problems and outcomes.
• Define functional behaviour: forms, views, workflows and data rules.
• Prepare and lead prototype-led workshops using D365, Power Apps, or visual tools.
• Demonstrate processes to enable informed decisions and map current/future processes.
• Maintain Azure DevOps backlog with links between features, stories and tests.
