SMBC Group is seeking an experienced Information Security GRC Specialist to join the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance team. The role focuses on regulatory responses, attestations, and coordinating end-to-end information requests across the organization.

This hands-on position requires collaboration with Cybersecurity SMEs, Control Owners and senior management to deliver accurate, timely submissions. A hybrid work schedule and inter-office coordination are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management or related field.
• Five or more years' experience in cybersecurity risk, regulatory response, technology risk, audit, assurance or consulting.
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations, information requests or regulatory attestations within a financial services or regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, technology risk and regulatory expectations.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or CRISC are desirable.

Mansioni

• Manage cybersecurity regulatory enquiries, examinations and information requests from receipt through final submission.
• Coordinate input from Cybersecurity SMEs, Control Owners and Evidence Providers to translate regulatory requests into clear requirements.
• Review draft responses and evidence to identify gaps and ensure the final submission is complete and compliant.
• Support regulatory attestations by coordinating information and evidence underpinning management representations.
• Maintain visibility of response status, deadlines, dependencies and escalation needs.
• Improve regulatory readiness by maintaining reusable evidence and recurring requirements.
• Build stakeholder relationships and improve ARM standards, templates, tools and response processes.
