Job summary

The Talbot Group is seeking a driven leader to spearhead cybersecurity initiatives and drive AI adoption across the business. You will collaborate with the ICT team and senior management to deliver tangible results, while shaping policies and risk management frameworks.

Flexible, hybrid and part-time options will be considered, with opportunities to work across a modern technology environment and a range of projects in a growing healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, AI, digital transformation, IT management, information security or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies, Microsoft 365, Copilot, ChatGPT or other AI platforms would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the organisation's cybersecurity programme.
• Work with external cybersecurity partners and providers.
• Identify, assess and implement practical AI solutions across the business.
• Lead AI projects from idea through to implementation and adoption.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Support the ongoing development of cybersecurity and AI-related policies, practices, roadmaps and risk management

Experience
